Mannateas is the musical collaboration between long time psychedelic cantor/expert soundsmith Jeffry Astin (of Xiphiidae and founder of Housecraft Records) and budding yet equally refined musician/visual artist Sean Mcdonald. Their organic musings evoke a strong duality, ephemeral yet cathartic drifting waves of meditative sound paired with a darker more anxious tension that permeates the listeners perception. Elestial Sound is proud to announce the release of “Everglade”, the Mannateas psychic full length debut, which will be available late 2011.
